Redwood Community Action Agency in Humboldt County is providing limited weatherization services to residents of Del Norte County under a Department of Energy program funded by the Bi-Partisan Infrastructure Law.  To see if your home qualifies, contact RCAA at 707-444-3831 ext. 204 for more information.

ELECTRICITY AND HOME HEATING:

The application packet must be completed in full and submitted to the Del Norte Senior Center along with copies of all utility bills, proof of income and identification for all household members.  Completed applications and documentation may be mailed to or dropped off at the Senior Center, 1765 Northcrest Drive, Crescent City, CA 95531.  Drop-Off hours are weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.  If you need assistance completing the application or have additional questions about the program, you may call (707) 464-3069 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
